 national economic social development. However, many star companies only been decline for 10 years. Among the reasons of these companies, poor control corporate financial risks is one most factors. Since faced by enterprise are closely related to sustainable survival healthy development enterprise, it necessary carefully study subjective objective causes risks, explore a set effective risk management strategies, which great significance enterprise. special meaning.
